At PurityCompounds, we are committed to providing high-quality research compounds with care and precision. Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of our products, please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds:
All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through PurityCompounds are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been shipped, due to health, safety, and integrity concerns.
Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Items
Refunds or replacements may be issued only under the following circumstances:
- You received the wrong item
- Your order arrived damaged in transit
To be eligible, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- Provide clear photo evidence of the issue.
- Include your order number and contact email in the message.

Resolution Options
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following:
- A replacement product
- A store credit
- A partial or full refund, depending on the situation
We reserve the right to assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Items opened or tampered with
- Incorrect address or delivery failure due to customer error
- Claims submitted after 48 hours from delivery
